So, what is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to diet, supplements & lifestyle. It looks at prevention as well as supporting many health conditions. It includes researched nutritional protocols that may help treat various medical conditions. It can be used to optimise one’s health or overall well-being. Each person is considered an individual and each protocol is designed with that in mind. Specific tailored advice is provided on foods and recipes to follow.

What is a Nutritional Therapist?

A Nutritional Therapist is somebody who has extensive knowledge on nutrition and how this impacts on a biochemical, biological, environmental and psychological level. They give well researched and current protocols, which inform very specific dietary recommendations. They provide information on supplements that are safe and backed up with scientific evidence. They advise on lifestyle factors that also impact the body and mind, seeing everything as interconnected.

How can we help you?

We provide dietary, supplemental and lifestyle advice along with dietary analysis. We use NHS or private testing where appropriate. We design each protocol individually for you with recipe and menu ideas and provide hand-outs and any other information specific to you. We also provide practical support for shopping and food label reading and in-depth reports on functional testing interpretation. Ongoing email support and health checks are provided if needed.

What is Kinesiology?
