In integrative counselling we use a range of techniques tailored to the needs of each individual, considering specific issues. Collaboratively we can work together to help you understand yourself better and explore whatever has led you to counselling.

We understand seeking professional help can be a nerve racking experience, especially if you haven’t had counselling before. You may be unsure of what to expect. With that in mind, we will always work at your pace and provide regular reviews so that we can make sure we are keeping on the right track.

We have extensive experience working with people presenting with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, work stress, personal stress, relationship issues, family issues, ill health and survivors of abuse.

Coaching

Coaching is a transformative process that aims to unlock an individual's potential and bring about positive change. It is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a client, where the coach provides support, guidance, and encouragement to help the client reach their goals and achieve personal growth.

The coaching process is tailored to suit the unique needs, values, and aspirations of each individual, allowing them to unlock their full potential and achieve their desired outcomes.

Coaching can be applied in various areas of life, including career, relationships, health, wellbeing, and personal development. It can help individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, improve communication skills, enhance decision-making abilities, and boost self-confidence. By focusing on personal growth and goal attainment, coaching empowers individuals to live a more purposeful and fulfilling life.

We see the overlaps and advantages of both counselling and coaching and therefore use our skills integratively, where appropriate.

Current fees vary but start from £55

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours notice may result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
